Today I wanted to show you the median original list price of single family homes in the three counties I’ve recently worked most in. This is the price at which a home hits the market. It’s not something I focus on in the macro because ultimately anyone can ask whatever they want for a property, realistic or not. I do, however, find it interesting that there is only a minimal increase in Grundy County and just a little more in Will and a little bit more in Livingston. Why do you think the median original list price hasn’t gone way up?
